Biography

Yang Zhe, male, Member of the Communist Party of China, MD. He is the Administrative Deputy Director of the Department of Plastic Surgery II, a Master's Supervisor at Peking Union Medical College, an Associate Chief Physician, and an Associate Professor. From 2012 to 2013, he was government-sponsored to Yale School of Medicine in the United States as a specially invited visiting scholar, studying under Professor John Persing, former President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and conducted postdoctoral research in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at Yale School of Medicine. He is the principal creator of the integrated rejuvenation surgery theory and the four-dimensional dynamic aesthetic design theory in China, and is one of the earlier formally trained and highly skilled plastic and aesthetic surgeons in China to integrate plastic and reconstructive surgery with integrated rejuvenation technology theory.

Research Achievements
As of 2020, as a project leader, he has led 5 research projects funded by the Beijing Municipal Health Commission Science and Technology Achievement and Technology Promotion Project, the Peking Union Medical College “Double First-Class” Discipline Construction Project, the PUMC Youth Research Fund, and others, with cumulative funding of more than RMB 800,000. As a main contributor, he has participated in research projects including the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission Capital Characteristic Clinical Major Project, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Innovation Engineering Project, the Ministry of Health Clinical Discipline Key Project, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and has trained multiple graduate students. He has published more than 20 high-quality research papers, including nearly 10 SCI-indexed articles. He has obtained 3 national utility model patents.
